Basic design of a 1.5 meter wide powder coating line completed

DGpS completed the basic design phase of a 1.5 meter wide powdercoating line for coating of 0.8 to 1.5 mm thick aluminium strip with powder coatings. The line is capable of running 50 m/min. The Emb process is a very innovative process that assures a very accurate and constant powder deposition on various substrates. EMB Technology bv (www.emb-technology.nl) outsourced the engineering of this line to DGPS because of their engineerings skills and experience with the realisation of high tech web machines.
