Vision extended for Spanish state security printing company.
DGpS successfully reconfigured a 9 color Vision. This press is designed for high security applications and is equipped with a variance of printing processes and finishing equipment. Remarkable is that the press is build in U-Shape to fit this long press into the printing room.
The project was a special DGpS development for a customer specific change, which implied adding a new screen print unit, a new UV curing installation and a used, refurbished pulling roller.
Commissioning against high security standards was part of the project and was successfully performed according the initial project schedule.
